My Sincere Condolences go out to Aarons Mother, Father, & Especially his Daughter, Leaira. Although we never met, I know Aaron loved his Family Very Much. He looked up to his Father, & spoke of his Daughter often.
Aaron & I met while working at Grimes Aerospace. We worked there together for fifteen years, where we developed a Special Friendship outside of work. We use to Golf together in the summer. Sometimes we’d work on computers, or, just hang out together after work.
I consider Aaron my True Friend, of which, I have very few….
I’ll miss his Friendship for the Rest on My Life, & I Sincerely Share in your Loss.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Terry Casperson

I am the POES Weather Instrument Manager at Exelis and had the pleasure of having Aaron work form me the several months. I truly enjoyed getting to know him and had much respect for his knowledge and work ethic. He was particularly fond of his dad and spoke often about his work shop and how his dad could do anything. Aaron was a great individual and I miss him greatly. My sincere condolences to the Smith family on his passing.
