I am the POES Weather Instrument Manager at Exelis and had the pleasure of having Aaron work form me the several months. I truly enjoyed getting to know him and had much respect for his knowledge and work ethic. He was particularly fond of his dad and spoke often about his work shop and how his dad could do anything. Aaron was a great individual and I miss him greatly. My sincere condolences to the Smith family on his passing.
