Anne M. Cooper, 79, of Urbana, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 in Mercy Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 2, 1936 in Sitka, Kentucky. Anne was a 1954 graduate of Mechanicsburg High School. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Urbana. Anne worked as a CNC Machinist at Grimes Manufacturing where she was a member of the Grimes Quarter Century Club.
Anne is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Cooper of Springfield and Lori (Brent) Beams of Urbana; her son, Michael Dean (Tara) Cooper of Cincinnati; her grandchildren Daniel, Kari, and Kristin Cooper, David and Joseph Beams, Chelsea Williams, Dylan Kessler, Charlene Westman, Heather McCorkle, Robert Cooper, Brandon Cooper, Eve, Ben, Rose, and Jude Cooper; her 13 great grandchildren; her brothers, Darrell (Clista) Hitchcock of Mechanicsburg and Arthur (Sandy) Hitchcock of California; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Newell and Rusha Dae (Estep) Hitchcock, her children, Theda “Teddi” (Cooper) Williams and Robert Cooper and brothers, Doyle and Holman Hitchcock.
A funeral service will be held at 12 PM on Friday, November 6, 2015 in the VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Urbana with Pastor Aaron Samples officiating. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service from 10 to 12. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery.

I am so very for your loss. I believe the last time I saw my cousin Anne perhaps early 50’s, before they moved to Ohio. I loved my cousin Anne very much, so sad we move away and lose touch with family. My condolences to the family. Gail Brown
