Beverly Joan (Fogel) Cunningham, 81, of Marysville, formerly of Mechanicsburg, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 in Memorial Hospital of Union County.

She was born February 17, 1936 in Mercer, PA, the daughter of Howard and Carrie (Bragg) Fogel.

Beverly loved her family and thoroughly enjoyed her title as “Professional Great Grandmother.” She spent time watching birds and tending to her roses. Beverly loved with a full heart and cared for others before herself more often than not – but she still had a fighting side when she needed one. The family feels a small sense of peace and can’t help but think they should aspire to live such a life. You’re in good hands and with good company. Until we see you again. We love you!

She is survived by her son, Rodney “Corky” (Phyllis) Cunningham; her daughter, Linda (David) Peck; her grandchildren, Michael (Jennifer) Peck, Cyrus (Heather) Peck, J.D. (Wendy) Cunningham, Brandy Cunningham, Marissa Cunningham, and Stacy & Cerenda; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Joseph, Anne & Jeremiah Peck, and Riley, Alexis, Colton & Camden, Jenna, Megan, & Molly; and her numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Roger D. “Corky” Cunningham; her son, Randy Lee (Tabatha) Cunningham; her grandson, Corby Cunningham; and her granddaughter, Tiffany Cunningham.

Memorial services will be held for her and her late husband, Roger, at a later date. Services are entrusted to SKILLMAN, McDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions to be made to Barely Used Pets, 370 N. Dugan Road, Urbana, Ohio 43078.

So sorry to hear of Beverley’s passing. She was always pleasant when I came to cook and
clean. She always asked about my life and spent hours talking about her family. She worried and fretted and loved each one of you. She will certainly be missed.
