Charles E. Tatman, 79 passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021 in The Ohio State Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.

Charles was born February 6,1942 in Catawba, Ohio the son of the late Charlie and Ethel (Baker) Tatman. He spent many years working in maintenance and welding. Charles enjoyed watching Nascar, fixing old lawn mowers and tractors, and taking care of his family.

Charles is survived by his wife Ruth Ann (Love) Tatman, children, Kimberly A. Thornhill, Michael K. Tatman, and Charles A. Tatman Jr.; sisters, Eva Fraley and Nellie Tatman; grandchildren, Joe, Brandon, Brooke, Cody, Kristin, Brittany, Megan and Aaron; several great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Charles will be greatly missed by all.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Marjorie Louise Tatman and siblings Robert, Emory and Roy Tatman, Mary Loudermilk and Martha Gordan.

Guests are respectfully asked to wear masks and attendance will be monitored to ensure safety for everyone attending.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 13, 2021 in the SKILLMAN, MCDONALD & VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Mechanicsburg, Ohio with Pastor Paul Bogenrife officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.

Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Charles to a charity of your choice.
