Crystal Sawyer 25, of Mechanicsburg passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, August 7, 2012 in her residence.
She was born August 23, 1986 in London, Ohio. She attended Mechanicsburg High School and High Point Career Center. Crystal was currently employed at Ponderosa in Urbana.
Crystal loved the stars and the moon from the outside sky to her comforter on her bed. She loved the outdoors from having bonfires and smores to mushroom hunting. She loved spending time with family and her little girl especially, playing dress up. Crystal liked reading the Bible and believed in angels. She loved to talk and could easily start a conversation with anyone. She loved to dance and sing. She loved to laugh and loved to make others laugh. She loved all in her family and her kitten, Goliath that loved to cuddle with her. She loved to write poetry and to take pictures. If you did not know Crystal you would easily become her friend, she was a very bubbly person and will be missed.
”Crystal the Pistol” you will always be in our hearts and we all love you, you will always be mommy and daddy’s little girl, who survive, Jana and Arthur Sawyer; her daughter, Joslyne Marie; her brothers, Arthur Lee II and John Adam Sawyer; her grandmother, Rose Smith; niece and nephew, C.J. and Marcus; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. We will all miss you very much and love you to Heaven and back.
She is preceded in death by her grandpa, John R. Smith and her grandma, Audrey Lee Gilbert.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12-1 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at SKILLMAN, MCDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home of Mechanicsburg. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Scott Salee officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
