Deborah K. (Cox) Moore of North Lewisburg, passed away, Monday, September 20, 2010 in her home surrounded by her loving family.


She was born January 16, 1954 in Bellefontaine, Ohio the daughter of Johnny LeRoy & Helen Marie (Stokes) Cox.


Deb was a 1972 graduate of Triad High School. She retired from Ranco Controls in Plain City. She enjoyed eating out, shopping, cooking, baking, bird watching, flowers, spending time with her family and friends, especially her son, her daughter-in-law and grandchildren.


Deb is survived by her son, John Daniel (Natalie) Moore, her grandchildren, Darian, Jaycee & Johnny all of North Lewisburg; her sisters, Stephanie (Gary) Phelps of North Lewisburg, Peggy (Armando) Ocano of Columbus, Anita (Mike) Garrison of North Lewisburg and Denise (Jerry) Smallwood of North Lewisburg; as well as numerous nieces & nephews and a host of friends, including, Lucille Collier, Leslie Scott, Sherry Westfall, Joyce Barnhart, Linda Carter, Ned Bailey, Steve Cook, Ronnie Clay, Steve Evans, Amanda Pence, Deb Snyder Amelia and Doug Phelps, Steve & Bea Metz and Dan Moore father of their son and love of her life of Ostrander, Ohio.


The family would like to express their gratitude for the loving and compassionate care given to mother and sister to the following: Dr. Yadav, Dr. Ghany, her nurses Jessica and Susan, as well as Community Home Health Care and Loving Care Hospice.


A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 23, 2010 in the FRESHWATER, MCDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home North Lewisburg, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 24, 2010 in the funeral home with Pastor Mark Hackworth officiating.


Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg, Ohio.
