The first memory I have of Don is Shirley standing on the stairs to give him a kiss. The second memory is Don giving me a ride and letting me drive his black Kaiser new car. I don't think Don and I ever had any cross words or disagreements ever.

Don was one of a kind. I also live in Bon Air Condominiums. If Don was out, I couldn't miss stopping and chatting with him, or he would stop at my place. He was generous, helpful, and always left me with a smile. I'm thankful that our paths crossed. I'm sorry for your loss, I know He will be missed, but I'm just as sure his heart has won him one of the rooms that Jesus has prepared.

It is with great sadness that we learned of Don’s passing. He was a kind man and a good neighbor. We enjoyed all the times we talked with him and the stories he would tell. May he rest in eternal peace.

My condolences to the family. I hadn’t seen Don for some time but we shared telephone conversations over the years. He was a good friend to my brother. His family and my family were great friends. He always looked so “spiffy”.Thoughts and prayers.
