Harold “Jay” Jacob Dubbs, Jr., 64, of Mechanicsburg, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Springfield Regional Medical Center.
He was born February 8, 1950 in Urbana, OH the son of Harold Jacob and Mary (Wheeler) Dubbs, Sr.
Jay was a 1968 graduate of Mechanicsburg High School and a graduate of Clark State Community College. He worked for many years at American Pan. Jay and his wife, Connie, loved sharing their home with numerous foreign exchange students over the years. He enjoyed collecting John Deere memorabilia.
He is survived by his sister, Marylin “Jeannie” (Bernard) Cordell of Cable; brother-in-laws, Genie (Frankie) Elliott, Bill (Terri) Elliott and Sam Elliott; sister-in-law, Kathy Howard; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Jay was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of over 30 years, Connie (Elliott) Dubbs.
