Jacqueline Jackie P. Kelley, age 75, of Urbana Ohio passed away on July 6, 2015 in her home. Jackie was born to Alvin and Leona Ackley on February 14, 1940. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, William Kelley. Jackie is also survived by her 7 children: Francine Schrupp of Urbana, William Kelley of Dayton, Timothy Kelley of California, Leigh Anne (Matt) Hunter of Urbana, Cynthia Studebaker of Cable, Randy (Catherine) Kelley of Washington and Pamela (Dean) Turner of Urbana. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Christopher (Jennifer) Evans of Urbana, Megan (Norman) Chavers of Columbus, Carrie Hayes of Virginia, Jacob (Karen) King of Urbana, William (Zulma) Schrupp of North Carolina, Vanessa (Matt) Lockwood of Urbana, Jeremy (Sarah) Kelley of Washington, Matthew (Kaniu) Kelley of Washington, Andrew (Lindsay) King of Urbana, Joshua Turner of Urbana, Randy Kelley of Washington, William Kelley of Dayton, Nina Arnold of Cable and Ryan Flynn of Urbana. In addition, she is survived by 34 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.


Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Leona Ackley and her siblings: Dixie Burt, Ronald Butch Ackley, Joyce Brown, Betty Betts and Naomi Speakman. She was also preceded in death by many beloved pets.


Jacqueline was an avid gardener and she seemed to be at her happiest when she was out in the sunshine, tending her plants and flowers. She also happily bred Boxers for many years and owned several as well. She also loved to collect dolls and had her nose in a book all the time. She also enjoyed painting.


Unfortunately, there are no services planned for Jacqueline at her request. She asked to be cremated upon her death and spread into her flower beds. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.


Services are entrusted to VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Urbana.
