Lelia Pauline Green, 76 of Urbana, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015 in Springfield Regional Medical Center.
She was born April 30, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio. Pauline was a devoted Christian; she enjoyed church revivals, visiting the sick and her fellowship with her church ladies (Nora VanHoose, Wanda & Ora Baldwin, Loraine & Earl Campbell and Mary & Pete Wright). Lelia loved her family; she would travel down home to visit her brothers & sisters. Most of all she loved the time spent with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ronald “Greenie” Green; her daughters, Susie (Jim) Mayo of Mechanicsburg, Maria Ankrom of Urbana; her grandchildren, Zachary & Olivia Baldwin, Sasha (Bill) Farmer and Mary & Ava Mayo; great-grandchildren, Colby, Malorie & Saydie Farmer; her brothers, Joe Grim, Dorris (Christine) Grim , Darvin (Judy) Grim; her sisters, Linda (Garry) Wells, Lila (Don) Beavers, Lexie (Dan) Pittman, Kay (Dale) Finch; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Katherine (Zimmer) Hollenback and Paul C. Grim, her daughter, Sharon Annette Ames Baldwin (Pauline’s daughter and father died within hours of each other); her brothers Carl, Danny and Darley; and her sister Marion Armstong.
Funeral Service will be held at 12 PM, Monday, April 13, 2015 in the SKILLMAN, MCDONALD & VERON FUNERAL HOME, Mechanicsburg with Pastor Linden Good officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-12:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery.

Roger and I were saddened to hear of Pauline’s passing. She was a great lady and a very compassionate friend. She will be missed but we know that we will one day see hercagain.
