And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. My sincere condolences to the Cordell family and all who knew and loved Luke. May these words of Revelation 21:4 give you a measure of comfort and strength to endure during this time of grief and deep sorrow.

I’m so deeply sorry for your loss. I knew Luke through wrestling, I was the head coach at Kenton Ridge. He and his younger brother would come to my open mats in the summer time quite often and I truly enjoyed talking to him and showing him a little of what I know about the sport. He was very respectful to me and always made sure to shake my hand and thank me for allowing him to come to my practice. He always had a smile on his face and was positive with everyone around him. His energy drew people to him and the Kenton Ridge wrestlers and staff were fond of him.
