Marlene “Molly” Hoffman, 64 of Bellefontaine, passed away, Tuesday, October 13, 2009 in Heartland of Bellefontaine.
She was born May 31, 1945 in Peoria, Ohio the daughter of Daisy L. (Underhill) and Robert Cook.
Molly enjoyed going to church, fixing dinner, making crafts and being with her grandchildren and family.
Molly is survived by her children, Debra (Ron) Whaley, Donna (Bill) Gillenwater, Hope (William) Gambrel & Elvin (Cindy) Hoffman all of Bellefontaine and Marvin L. (Cora) Hoffman of Columbus, Ohio, 19 grandchildren & several great grandchildren; her sisters, Dodie (Larry) Burton of North Lewisburg & Evelyn Hoffman of Plain City, her brothers, Ronnie (Susan) Cook of Marysville, Robert Jr. (Joann) Cook of Marysville & Russell (Peggy) Cook of Cable and several nieces & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Marvin Hoffman, her grandsons, Shane & Adam Hill, her sister Ema Holycross, her brothers, George E., Nelson & Charles Cook.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 16, 2009 in the FRESHWATER, MCDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home, 57 W. Maple St. North Lewisburg, Ohio 43060 with Rev. Donald Hix officiating.
Inurnment will follow in Union Township Cemetery in Milford Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral cost.
