Noah Douglas Alfred Lawson, 21, of North Lewisburg passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012. He was born December 7, 1990 in London, OH.
Noah was a member of the North Lewisburg United Methodist Church. He was a 2009 graduate of Triad High School where he loved playing football on Friday nights for the Cardinals. He also won many awards for power lifting. Noah was an employee of KTH. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends, going to truck and tractor pulls and mushroom hunting. Noah was an honorary member of the American Thunder Motorcycle Club.
He is survived by his parents, Douglas Lawson of Cable and Charlene (Gary) Ankrom of North Lewisburg; sister, Mindy Lynn (Tony) Groves of Woodstock, Ciji Blair of Urbana and Sophie Rogers of North Lewisburg; grandparents, Bob and Diane Davis of North Lewisburg, Willard and Juanita Pack of Springfield; step-brothers, Josh (Cindy) Ankrom of Yellow Springs, Ross (Toni) Ankrom of Unionville Center and Joe (Ashley) Ankrom of Mechanicsburg; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; as well as special friends, Pastor Kathy Reiff, Steve Nott, Steven Miller, Randy Pack and McKenzie Preece.
Noah is preceded in death by his sister, Georgia Lynn Lawson; grandparents, Mike and Betty Adams; great grandparents, Burleigh Alfred “B.A.” and Helen Woodruff, Grover and Blanche Nott, Arley and Ethel Pack.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-6 P.M. on Sunday, March 4, 2012 in the SKILLMAN, MCDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, OH. Funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday in the North Lewisburg United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg.
