Dear Linda and Family:
Please accept our deepest sympathy.
Beth and I have fond memories of our time with Phil in San Antonio in ’58 and of your visit to Flagstaff in ’63.
I had the priviledge of serving with Phil in the Air Force Security Service 1954-58 – Shiroi Air Force Base, Japan and at Kelly Air Force Base, Texas. He was my best friend. Phil would never tell you but he was a very good Russian Linguist and an excellent intelligence analyst.
We have you all in our prayers for the Peace that only He can bring.
Beth and David Williams
