Robin L. Stoner, 40 of North Lewisburg, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, July 7, 2010 in North Lewisburg, Ohio.
She was born May 12, 1970 in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Robin was a 1988 graduate of Bellefontaine High School.
Robin was employed at one time with the Urbana Police Department as a dispatcher. In the past, Robin was a stand-up comedian; she enjoyed making people laugh. She took pleasure in just being outdoors, hiking and swimming. She was a staunch Republican and loved debating politics. Robin adored her children; she loved watching them play soccer and she was a true “soccer mom”. Robin enjoyed spending time with her family and she will be sadly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Alan Stoner, her children, Shannon R. and Sean R. Stoner all of North Lewisburg; her father, Robert E. Emmons of Brookville, Indiana, her sister and best friend, Sherry L. (David) Reilley of Bellefontaine; father-in-law, Robert D. Stoner of Belle Center, mother-in-law, D. June Stoner of Bellefontaine, sister-in-law, Kelly (Rod) Compton of Alger, Ohio; her 2nd mother and special friend, Sheila Evilsizor of Urbana; several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary A. (Redd) Emmons and her brother, Johnny LeMaster.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 in the FRESHWATER, MCDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home, 57 Maple St., North Lewisburg, Ohio.
