Roger was a wonderful man. I can still see him out in the driveway. He and Mike were having a good time supervising Zack as he was cutting up the former tallest tree in the neighborhood. Or sitting on the back patio listening to Zack play guitar. He had that 'That's my boy!' grin on his face. I hope he has found Mike up there and they are supervising us all from Heaven. You are missed, Roger, by so many.

I had the pleasure working with Roger for 17 years. He was a tremendous asset to our company and always had a sense of humor that kept hard work a little bit more enjoyable than it might have been. Roger was really our Plant Engineer and oversaw many challenging improvements to our manufacturing capacity. No one deserved a rewarding retirement more than Roger Baldwin. My sincerest condolences to the entire Baldwin family. Steve Wales
