Ronald E. Huber Sr., 77 of Kenton, passed away, Thursday, July 23, 2009
in his residence.
Ron was born July 11, 1932 in Norwalk, Ohio the son of the late Alice (McInroe) & John Huber.
Ron was a 1951 graduate of Norwalk Catholic High School, where he played on the Catholic football team. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp.
He enjoyed trucking, bowling, gardening, animals, walking, fishing and he loved having family gatherings.
Ron is survived by his wife, Peg Darlene (Legge) whom he married, August 4, 2001; his sons, Ronald (Tina) Huber Jr. of Bellefontaine, Reginald (Connie) Huber of Lakeview, Terrance R. (Julie) Huber of Ladoga, IN, & Stephen M. (Melissa) Huber of South Charleston; his daughters, Janine S. (Robert) Young of Largo, FL & Cynthia A. (Robert) Ream of South Charleston, OH; his step-daughter, Bobbi Jo (Tom) Drumm of Forest, Ohio; 28 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren; two sisters, Joan Kerr of La Porte, TX and Colleen Haynes of Norwalk, Ohio, two half sisters, Karen Flohr of Sandusky and Sharon Ingram of Willard, Ohio and his step-sister, Betty Wise of Norwalk, Ohio; as well as numerous nieces and nephews of several generations.
Ron is preceded in death by his parents; his 1st wife, Genevieve Hannah, whom he married Nov. 19, 1955 and she passed, Sept. 26, 1996; a sister, Marilyn Transworth, and his grandsons, Matthew W. Huber and Joshua K. Huber.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2009 in Maple Grove Cemetery with Pastor Denny Livingston officiating.
