Sandra Coolbaugh, 76, of Mechanicsburg, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 in Vancrest of Urbana.
She was born November 12, 1940 in Urbana, Ohio and was a 1958 graduate of Mechanicsburg High School. Sandy spent many years as a cook for Mechanicsburg schools. Sandy was an active and devoted member of the Mechanicsburg United Methodist Church. She was a member of the MAC Club and also volunteered for Meals on Wheels.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelley (David) Pfaub, her grandchildren, Alexis Nicole and Alyssa Dawn Pfaub, her cousin, Patsy Polito; her nephew, Bob Kennedy; and her sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Joyce & Frank Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Myrtle (Gordan) Middleton; her husband, Phillip Coolbaugh; and her sisters, Phyllis Ann Middleton and Betty Jane Kennedy.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in the SKILLMAN, McDONALD & VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Mechanicsburg.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 23 2017 in Mechanicsburg United Methodist Church, 42 N. Main St., Mechanicsburg, Ohio 43044, with Rev. Mimi Ault officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mechanicsburg United Methodist Church, 42 N Main St., Mechanicsburg, Ohio 43044.

So sorry for your loss. Sandy was a special inspiration and help to so many. Everyone enjoyed their Christmas decorations and that they shared them with so many. Prayers!
