Thelma Louise McGraw Venrick, 95 of Springfield, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015 in her home surrounded by her family.
She was born October 29, 1920 in Mechanicsburg, the daughter of John and Della (Harness) Knox. She enjoyed spending time with family, sewing, and ceramics.
She is survived by her daughters, Sue (Frank) Daniels and Lisa (Pern) Finley; her sons, Richard (Cathy) McGraw and Kenneth (Marcia) McGraw, daughter in law, Joyce McGraw; 14 grandchildren, 28 great grand children, and 13 great great grandchildren; her brother, Robert Knox and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by first Husband Seldon J. McGraw and second husband Nathan Venrick; sons, Jerry Knox, James (Ruth) and Donnie McGraw; her brothers, Walter, Russell, Albert, and Lawerence Knox; her sisters, Gladys Reams, Lucille Campbell, and Betty Taxes and a great grandson Cody McGraw.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 in the SKILLMAN, MCDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg with Pastor Mimi Ault officiating. The family will receive friends from 12- 2 PM. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
