William E. Kirtley, Jr., 75, of North Lewisburg, Ohio passed away on May 26, 2020 in his residence.

William was born February 24, 1945 in Ada, Ohio the son of William and Alvena Kirtley Sr. He served his country in the United States Army. William is retired from Scott's Lawn in Marysville after serving more than 30 years. He enjoyed truck pulls and was a Cincinnati Red fan as well as a fan of the Cleveland Browns. He loved watching his grandkids play sports.

William is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Kay (Doug Bryant) Hernandez and Brandi Nichol (Michael) Colwell; his 5 grandchildren; his great grandchild; his brother, Harry (Nancy) Kirtley; his sisters, Janet (Doit) Miller, Diana Hackworth as well as his 6 nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Brian Eugene Kirtley.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are entrusted to the FRESHWATER, McDONALD & VERNON Funeral Home, North Lewisburg, Ohio.

Bill was always so nice to our family. The Davis Pulling Team spent many summers pulling trucks against Mr. Bill. He will be missed by all who loved him.
