My deepest Sympathies and Condolences to the Bowers family at this sad time. Winnie was a very good person. Although I have not had the chance to talk to her in years, Lowell spoke about her often when he was with us. She will now get the chance to be with him again.

Jackey Arrington - Mar 16, 2015

Condolences to Karen and all of Winnies family. I will always remember the time your mom and dad spent and helped out at the senior center. I know she is with Lowel and they are both smiling. They were our first Seniors of the Month at the center!

Donna Hiltibran Hays - Mar 16, 2015

Bowers Family,
I was so sadden to hear of your moms passing. I remember the good times we had while we were in high school and having sleep overs at the house on Gwynne. Remember the good times, she’ll always be with you. It’s so hard to lose a parent even though you know it’s going to happen. My prayers are with you.
